Our Mission

We index the best cosplay resources from across the community, including retailer links, 3D print files, DIY guides, secondhand listings, and real cosplayer photos, so you can spend less time searching and more time making.

DexKosu is built for the hunt. Whether you're buying the whole costume, building from scratch, or hunting down a secondhand piece, this is where you start.

DexKosu was created by a cosplayer and her Mom, who after many years in the cosplay community, experienced the frustrations of finding the best resources and instructions to craft a character build. Ordering a wig only to find its quality was not great, or buying a costume only to have it delivered damaged from a website that seemed a bit dicey — we realized there had to be a better way for the community to source and review the tools of their passion.

We also wanted to share anything we learned or created with the community as a whole to make their journey easier, but there was no place to do that which was easily searchable and indexed.
